Jetstar Asia offers Price Beat Guarantee

21 January 2013, Singapore – Jetstar Asia offers a price promise to its customers with a Price Beat Guarantee if a lower fare can be found online on the same direct route for a comparable fare and time. Jetstar will beat that fare by 10%.

The other airlines lower fare needs to be on the same direct route at a comparable fare and time to ours within one hour for all Intra Asia, Domestic Australia, Domestic New Zealand and Trans Tasman flights and within the same day for other international flights and long haul intra-Asia on an A330 (Singapore to Osaka or Beijing)
