[Dining] Lin-Fa Cantonese Restaurant: The Sukosol, Bangkok

Lin-Fa Cantonese Restaurant, The Sukosol Bangkok, Thailand

17 December 2012, Bangkok – Exquisite Cantonese cuisine is served at Lin-Fa Cantonese Restaurant at The Sukosol in Bangkok, Thailand, formerly known as the Siam City Hotel.   The classy yet spacious environment in the restaurant gives you the atmosphere of a chic, modern yet sophisticated Chinese restaurant that is filled with an impressive collection of antiques.  Frequented by the who’s who and politicians of Thailand, Lin Fa’s authentic Chinese cuisine include must-tries such as the Peking Duck, pan-fried prawns in sweet cream sauce, suckling pig and all-you-can eat weekend dim sum lunch.  The dim sums served at Lin-Fa have to be one of the best I have ever tasted.

Lin-Fa has been around since 1992 and has won many accolades including Thailand Tatler’s Best Restaurant 2006.  Visiting Chef Master Chef Leung Chu Chi and Thai Executive Chef Kotchapak Metheebovorn helm the kitchen of Lin-Fa with a combined experience of over 60 years in the kitchens of Bangkok, Hong Kong, Beijing and Florida’s Chinese restaurants.
