2 October 2012, Singapore  – If you are a frequent traveller, you will benefit from the various airline and hotel loyalty programmes out there.   There is one programme that is straightforward and easy to earn those hotel stays that is worth mentioning.  HOTELS.com launched their rewards programme WELCOME REWARDS earlier this year.

Five Reasons Why WELCOME REWARDS works for me

  1. HOTELS.com is a trusted online travel agency with reviews of the hotels by members.
  2. No complicated points and mechanics to qualify.  Life is already busy enough so simplicity is a plus!
  3. HOTELS.com monitors the room nights so I don’t have to keep track myself.
  4. I can redeem at more than 65,000 participating hotels in more than 176 countries rather than at a specific hotel group or chain.
  5. One of the few rewards programmes that does not have blackout dates!  This means my travel dates does not depend heavily on the hotel room availability that is not blocked out by blackout dates.

How Does WELCOME REWARDS work?

Here’s how WELCOME REWARDS works.   After signing up for a Hotels.com account and joining the WELCOME REWARDS programme, you are set to earning your free nights.  Each time you are signed in to your account and book your hotel stay at any qualifying WELCOME REWARDS hotel on HOTELS.com, you are on your way to accumulating that free stay.   HOTELS.com remembers and keeps track for you the number of room nights you have stayed and when you have stayed 10 nights, you automatically get that free night. If you are a loyalty member of the hotel you are staying in, you get to earn the rewards from that hotel as well.

Your free room night is calculated based on the average room rate of the 10 room nights you have paid for.  You just have to pay for any taxes and fees.   It is that simple, and hassle-free.  This is how all loyalty programmes should be.   WELCOME REWARDS is our preferred hotel loyalty programme.

The next time you are travelling with your friends, why not consolidate all the hotel rooms for them and book on HOTELS.com to maximize the opportunity to earn more WELCOME REWARDS room nights?  Join us in our fascination of great hotel rooms and great vacations.
