26 July 2012, Singapore –  SunnyHills, the true Farm-Bakery-Store concept pineapple cake brand from Taiwan offers cakes that are suitable for Ovo-lacto vegetarians and are also Halal certified.

The Sunny Delights are sold at the Raffles hotel Arcade store which was first opened last year in August.

First established in 2008 in Nantou, Taiwan, SunnyHills aims to expand into Japan in mid 2013.    The SunnyHills Estate is located on BaGua Mountain in Central Taiwan which gets year-round sunshine and a sub-tropical climate.    Each pineapple can only make six to seven cakes.  It takes up to 18 months to reach maturity and their full flavour potential.    The fragrant baked crust have no additives or preservatives and is made from natural New Zealand butter, gourmet Japanese flour and eggs sourced from a responsible local farms.

SunnyHills pineapple cakes are sold indivdually wrapped in boxes of 5, 10, 15 or 20 pieces at S$13.80, S$25, S$37.50 and S$50 respectively.   For order of S$100 and above,  there is no delivery charge.  for orders of S$200 and above, you will enjoy 10% off.
