23 April 2012, Singapore – On Labour Day, 1 May 2012, head down to Cathay Cineleisure Orchard from 6 to 8pm for an evening of fun and education for the first in a series of SharkAid concerts to be held here in Singapore.
Celebrities and artistes will come together with the aim of raising awareness about shark conservation. Hosted by Shark Savers Singapore ambassador Hossan Leong, the event will also feature artistes such as Sylvia Ratonel, Eli T and Tessera as well as radio, television and sports personalities such as Vernetta Lopez, Jean Danker, Adrian Pang, swimmer Arren Quek and Singapore’s first professional Mixed Martial Artist, Mohammad Radeem, among others.
Jointly organised by Shark Savers Singapore and ACRES, the organisers hope to secure support from Singaporeans to say “I’m FINished” with shark’s fin.
