Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Fat Cow

13 February 2012, Singapore – Celebrate Valentine’s Day for both beef lovers by indulging on the premium Wagyu Ribeye feast on 14 February at the newly open Fat Cow. Fat Cow is a Japanese-inspired meat atelier that serves different cuts and grades of beef from Japan, Australia and US, prepared with a variety of cooking methods. Depending on the mood you like to set, you can choose to sit by the Shabu counter to enjoy your dinner while appreciating the chefs culinary techniques right before your eyes, or if you prefer privacy you may request to be seated at the private dining area.

Available for Valentine’s Day only, Executive Chef Wing Lam presents a 5-course luxurious set menu at S$388++ per pax. Start the evening with a complimentary glass of champagne and canapes at the bar before proceeding to he highlights of the night – a menu showcasing a selection of premium sushi such as the Uni Yuba and the Truffle Tai Sushi with Begluga Caviar.

Also on the menu is a charcoal grilled wagyu tasting platter featuring Japan Saga A3 Wagyu Ribeye, Australian Blackmore Wagyu Ribeye and US Snake River Farms Wagyu Ribeye. The evening ends with a nightcap of the Setsuai, a digestive cocktail specially created by Fat Cow’s Mixologist – Mathew Radalj.

5-course set menu priced at S$338++ per person (inclusive of a glass of champagne, pre-dinner canapes and cocktail nightcap)
