31 January 2012, Singapore – Performance Motors Limited announced its support for the Singapore Airshow 2012 as the official car sponsor. More than 350 BMW limousines will be used to transport VIP attendees. Performance Motors Limited will deliver a courtesy fleet of limousines which will include the flagship BMW 7 Series, the BMW 5 Series and the BMW X1.
The sponsorship is in line with Performance Motors and BMW’s strategy to be the limousine of choice for world-class events in Singapore having supported past events including the Singapore 2006 Annual Meetings of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group and APEC meetings which were held here in 2009. Since 2006, an estimated 2,000 VIPs have been transported in BMW limousines for numerous high-level events.
Performance Motors will kick-off a campaign on 28 January 2012 to sell the utilised cars at preferential rates.
