Hindi Movie & Music fans get Channel [V] India & EROS Bollywood on Demand

30 January 2012, Singapore – StarHub TV subscribers can expect two more channels of Hindi entertainment when Channel [V] India (StarHub TV Channel 132) and EROS Bollywood On Demand (StarHub TV Channel 142) are launched on 31 January 2012, 830am.    This will increase the number of Hindi entertainment channels to eight.

This channel features the latest chart-topping music videos, popular reality shows, blockbuster movie previews and reviews, celebrity interviews, concert specials and lifestyle programmes.

Stay on top of the latest trends and pop culture scene in India.  Reality shows such as [V] Campus Blogs and [V] Dil Dosti Dance as well as Hindi movies such as Bollywood OMG, Deadly Dus, Behind the Sins and [V] Bollytics are some of the highlights of the channel.

Channel [V] India is packed together with STAR Gold (StarHub TV Channel 129) in a new pack called the STAR Hindi Movies and Music Pack.  Available to StarHub TV subscribers at a monthly subscription of S$8.56 with GST.  Existing STAR Gold subscribers will enjoy this new channel at no additional charge.

Catch the latest Bollywood blockbusters and classic movies at your convenience.  This channel offers the latest standout movies such as 2011’s big-budget fiction flick Ra.ONE starring Shah Rukh Khan or the sleeper hit comedy drama Yamla Pagla Deewana which grossed over 86.50 crore (or 865 million ruppees) despite costing only 20 crore to produce.

You can also catch timeless classics such as the love story Saajan which stars Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit and Salmman Khan.
