Taking a playful spin on the homphonic puns of “Long” as dragon in China and “Long Xia” meaning lobster, Chef Chan has added lobster dishes for both dine-in and takeaway.   Try out the Lobster Yu Sheng, Steamed Lobster with Superior Soya Sauce or Baked Boston Lobster with Sliced Garlic and White Truffle Oil.
