The Hearty Christmas Roast Platter
This platter fills the tummies of four with chunky strips of succulent Australian marbled sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to mouth-watering perfection, juicy spring chicken marinated over-night and slow roasted with herbs, pork cheese cracker and spicy bratwursts with sauerkraut, crispy onion rings with BBQ saucem creamy cheese baked Idaho potato gratin and fresh salad.
End off the meal with four slices of Christmas log cake and four mugs of a refreshing mix of cranberry juice, soda and orange crushed iced Passionately Fizzy drink.
